The 30-year-old reality TV star and 26-year-old professional basketball player will be married Saturday evening near Santa Barbara, California, in a ceremony that will be viewable as a two-part special on the E! cable television channel in October.
It will be the first marriage for Humphries and the second for Kardashian, who was married to music producer Damon Thomas from 2000 to 2004 already.
The couple began dating late last year and announced their engagement in May this year. Humphries kneeled down and asked Krdashian with a 20.5-carat ring by spelling out the words "will you marry me?" in rose petals.
Kardashian is a star of E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." Humphries last played for the National Basketball Association's New Jersey Nets.
